Modern Flow Unveils Field Fold Boom

The FieldHawk self-propelled sprayer now comes equipped with a new boom design option called Field Fold.

The Field Fold option features a boom-fold pivot outside of the wheelbase that allows the operator to fold in either side of the boom without raising the main boom rack. This dramatically improves in-field maneuverability and increases operator productivity, says the company.

According to company Ag Product Manager Pat Cler, the new feature enables the boom to fold from spray position to field-folded position in approximately 20 seconds. This compares to most standard booms that require approximately 2 minutes, 15 seconds -- a near 85% reduction in the time required to fold in a boom. For more information, visit www.paulsmachine.com
