Topcon Adds AgCam To X20 Console
Topcon Positioning Systems has expanded its X20 console offerings with the new AgCam.

The new addition utilizes up to four video cameras strategically placed on the tractor or on any other piece of equipment -- seeder, sprayer or harvester. High-resolution images are projected directly into the cab and viewed through the same X20 console used for all other precision agriculture functions.

The X20 AgCam uses a built-in camera "engineered to withstand harsh conditions with ease and reliability," says Rhett Schildroth, Topcon Precision Agriculture product marketing manager. Featuring a waterproof housing, the video camera has high-resolution color and infrared monitoring for nighttime use.

The X20 guidance monitor displays the picture; the size can be maximized on the coverage map screen or reduced in size to share the large monitor with the X20s "virtual road" display. For more information, visit www.topconpositioning.com.
