The Case IH Patriot 4420 Sprayer is the workhorse of the company line.

Equipped with an 8.3-liter, 290-horsepower rear-mounted engine, the 4420 Patriot comes with a 1,200-gallon mid-ship-mounted product tank, offers 50/50 weight distribution for less field rutting and earlier field access. The forward-mounted Surveyor cab (deluxe or luxury version) features 113 cubic feet of interior space. Booms available measure 60/90 feet, 60/100 feet, or 60/90/120 feet.
